By accessing and using RizzDarija, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. User Content
By submitting content to RizzDarija, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content. Content must be respectful and not violate any laws.
4. Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated rizz lines are created using OpenAI technology. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the appropriateness or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Use at your own discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use RizzDarija to harass, abuse, or harm others. Spam, hate speech, and inappropriate content will be removed. Violating these terms may result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
RizzDarija is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use pickup lines responsibly and respectfully.
